This Privacy Policy describes how NAVITAS (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes information in connection with the Naiton ERP Mobile application (“the App”).

The App is designed exclusively for authorized users of the Naiton ERP platform and is intended for business use only.

This App does not operate as a standalone consumer service. It functions as a secure mobile interface to an organization's licensed Naiton ERP environment.

The App is not intended for public use without authentication and is not directed at children.

The App processes business-related information necessary for operational functionality.

• Account Information

  When users log in, the App processes:

  • Name
  • Business email address
  • Username or user ID
  • Organization identifier
  • Role and permission settings

  This information is provided and managed by the user's organization.

• Business Operational Data

  The App allows access to ERP-related data such as:

  • Inventory records
  • Warehouse transactions
  • Operational workflows
  • Customer account references (business context only)

  The App does not allow users to create personal profiles or store personal content unrelated to business operations.

• Automatically Collected Technical Data

  For security and performance purposes, the App may automatically process:

  • Device type and operating system version
  • App version
  • Log data (error reports, crash diagnostics)
  • IP address (for secure communication)

  This data is used solely to ensure system security and functionality.

Information is processed exclusively for:

• Providing secure access to the Naiton ERP platform
• Enabling authorized operational workflows
• Maintaining system security
• Diagnosing technical issues
• Ensuring service performance

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

For users within the European Economic Area (EEA), data processing is based on:

• Performance of a contract (provision of ERP services)
• Legitimate business interests (system security and operational continuity)

The primary data controller of ERP business data is the organization licensing the Naiton ERP system.

We do not share personal data with third parties except:

• When necessary for secure hosting or infrastructure providers acting under contractual data processing agreements
• When instructed by the licensed organization

All service providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements.

The App does not independently store ERP data long-term on the device beyond temporary cached data required for functionality.

All primary business data is stored within the organization's Naiton ERP environment and retained according to contractual agreements with the licensed organization.

Users may exercise data protection rights (access, correction, deletion, restriction) by contacting their employer or organization that provides access to the Naiton ERP platform.
